Researchers interested in organizing tutorials/workshops are invited to submit a formal proposal. Any questions please send mail to eecr_conf@vip.163.com.

All proposal should include the

• Title
• Presenter/organizer name(s) and affiliations
• Expected enrollment
• Abstract (less than 300 words)
• A description of the technical issues that the tutorial will address, emphasizing its timeliness
• Presenter/organizer biography
• Length of the workshop: 1.5 hours, 3 hours
• Links to the presenter/organizer web page or the tutorial page (optional)

The proposal should not exceed Three pages, A4, Single- or double-column.
